10. Full agreement. This agreement represents the entire agreement between you and the Company with respect to the form and replaces all prior or simultaneous agreements and agreements, written or oral, relating to the form. The form must be coated with a watermark, as provided by the HAWAI`I ASSOCIATION OF REALTORS®. From time to time, a third party may need the form, for example.B.

The potential tenant should consult the property and verbally agree with the landlord on the terms of use.
